Order Processing

Orders ship from California within 2 business days after your order is placed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping rates are based on your merchandise subtotal after discounts, before taxes and shipping:

Orders of $29.00 or more: Free standard shipping.
Orders under $29.00: $3.99 standard shipping.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship through UPS or USPS.

Estimated transit time is 4–7 business days after your order ships. Please allow up to 2 additional business days for order processing.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances may affect delivery.

Shipping Destinations

We ship only within the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or destinations outside the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking details.

Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to correct an address, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible after your order ships.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at retail@pelikantrading.com with your order number and details. For damaged or incorrect items, please include photos when available.

We will help investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Pelikan Trading Inc. will cover return shipping costs for damaged or incorrectly shipped items.

Order Changes & Cancellations

To request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We will accommodate requests where possible before shipment. Once an order ships, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
